The FAV-105 VHF antenna is a reliable, high-performance solution for marine VHF radio communications. With a 105 cm fiberglass whip and 3.5 dB gain, it delivers excellent signal quality and stable transmission, making it ideal for sailing boats, motorboats, and medium to large yachts.
The antenna features a 1.5 mm thick fiberglass whip, completely filled with polyurethane using a 100% waterproof manufacturing process to prevent water ingress and ensure long-lasting reliability in harsh marine environments. The ice-white UV-resistant finish protects against sunlight and weathering, helping to preserve its appearance over time.
Equipped with a standard 1" x 14 marine threaded mount in chrome-plated brass, the FAV-105 is compatible with most marine antenna mounts. It comes pre-wired with a 4.5 m RG-58 coaxial cable, ready for installation. The PL-259 connector is not included, allowing you to fit the connector required for your VHF radio.
The DC-grounded design helps dissipate static electricity, providing additional protection and improving the overall reliability of the radio system.
