Shipping and delivery

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Nautica.ws or its delegate. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by the system, based on the destination and weight-volume of the goods. No deliveries are made to the floors.

In case of theft / loss Nautica.ws undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and / or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept such new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself.

In the hypothesis that the carrier is in charge of any title by the customer, Nautica.ws will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

The delivery time to the courier, purely indicative, is approximately 3-7 working days from the date of the order to which 1-3 working days are added for delivery to destination, excluding variations due to force majeure or indications on the products themselves.

Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

For extra-Europe Union exports, customs fees for imports are borne by the costumer.

IMPORTANT

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, putting the wording 'goods control reserve' on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, immediately by e-mail: shop@nautica.ws or registered letter with return receipt, to the registered office.

Attention: Always check that the packages are delivered intact and not damaged, if you accept without making the necessary reservations to the goods delivered by the courier, you will not be able in any way to claim any shortages or damage due to transport at a later time to Nautica.ws but exclusively to the courier himself.

Order cancellation

In case of second thoughts, it is possible to cancel the order before shipment by sending a communication via email to shop@nautica.ws or via the contact form.

Return & Satisfaction Guarantee

If the items purchased are not to your liking, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. It will be sufficient to send them back by post or courier, carriage paid, attaching the purchase list of the material to be returned or replaced. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as they are in new condition and in their original packaging. All ancillary costs for return practices (transport costs) are charged to the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days in the same method as the payment received.

IMPORTANT NOTE

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORDERS OF CUSTOM OR CUT PRODUCTS (electrical cables sell at the meter, etc.).
THE RETURN GUARANTEE APPLIES ONLY TO PRIVATE CUSTOMERS (NOT APPLICABLE TO SALES WITH VAT NUMBER)
