Castrol Outboard 4T is a lubricant SAE 10W30 synthetic technology developed for performance and reliability of modern 4-stroke outboard. The lubrication of the 4-stroke outboard is particularly critical because of the low operating temperatures, which cause large accumulation of fuel and water, which in turn stands for wear and corrosion and are therefore required special lubricants, can deal effectively with these phenomena not common in road applications, with special care. Castrol Outboard 4T exceeds the requirements of the largest construction and is suitable for each engine displacement and power. Castrol Outboard 4T technology uses a special formula to dramatically reduce the wear at low temperatures and ensures proper lubrication (even in high dilution with petrol), protection from salt corrosion and keeps the engine free of deposits.
